SeaSEC opens new office in Scheveningen Harbour
This week, we officially opened our new headquarters at Hellingkade 278 – a key milestone in SeaSEC’s growth. This new office gives us a dedicated base of operations: a place to coordinate, collaborate, and innovate year-round.
The opening follows a historic month, marked by the inaugural SeaSEC Challenge Weeks and new agreements with industry partners for follow-up experimentation. With on-site test facilities and operational workspaces, our new harbour location strengthens our ability to support the development of cutting-edge capabilities to protect subsea infrastructure.
Guests at the opening witnessed the unveiling of our new control room and a live demo of a next-generation AUV, showcasing breakthrough propulsion and modular design — symbolising SeaSEC’s mission to accelerate innovation for a safer seabed.
SeaSEC operates with an open-door mindset: if you’re a company with a promising idea, this is the place to test it — together with our network of NNCC nations and, in time, NATO partners.
We thank all contributors, partners and friends for joining us at this special moment.
