The consortium brings together leading European providers of maritime sensor technologies, uncrewed platforms and command & control systems to address emerging multi-domain security challenges and the protection of critical maritime infrastructure. By combining complementary capabilities across surface, subsurface and aerial domains, the partners contribute to an integrated and scalable operational approach.
At the core of the architecture is the HENSOLDT Elysion® Mission Core, a modular and device-independent command & control solution enabling the integration of heterogeneous sensors and effectors. Through advanced data fusion, prioritisation and automated tracking, the system consolidates detections into a coherent operational picture that supports timely decision-making and coordinated response.
The consortium’s objective is to demonstrate interoperable, software-defined defence capabilities aligned with multinational cooperation frameworks and evolving operational requirements.

CiS Drone Systems is a German UAV developer with deep engineering and manufacturing expertise in defense-oriented drone systems, exemplified by its tactical ORKA drone, reflecting advanced in-house aerospace design, integration and strategic autonomous aerial capabilities.
A market leader in hydroacoustic systems. We are innovative hydroacoustic experts dedicated to open standards, allowing customers maximum involvement and freedom to operate. OptiBarrier provides Immediate, Over-the-Horizon Threat Detection, 24/7 through modular seabed acoustic fences forming wide-area early warning grids around harbors, pipelines, and critical infrastructure.
